I’m Back


I’ve been poor about posting lately.

Actually…. that’s a bit of an understatement. I went MIA for quite some time.

Sorry about that but I have good news, I’m back and am going to start making regular posts again outlining my training. In the meantime I’ve made some changes to my training and I’m going to just give a brief outline before going into depth in further posts.

Some changes:

  • Did not do my January cut this year, I’m fat right now but okay with it
  • Moved off of a Westside style conjugate training and am running something that is more along the lines of concurrent
  • I ran a 5K, hated it, won’t be doing it again but will talk about it
  • Greatly increased the volume on my main lifts
  • Joined a commercial gym for certain uses, I’ll talk about balancing this in a later article
  • Switched accessories from what I think will drive my lifts to what I think will keep me the healthiest

I know, boring stuff but I swear I’ll find a way to make it interesting. Maybe if I throw in some PR’s to talk about it will peak your interest…
