Who Am I?


If you’re reading this, or anything online for that matter, it helps to know who the author is… Right???

I’m not a fitness professional but I’m also not a regular guy in the gym. I’ve competed in strongman, work out religiously in my garage and have hit some impressive numbers for someone my size.

This coming summer I turn 40 and have 0 plans to slow down my training. Usually at this stage in one’s life, you would take on the role of “that strong older guy at the gym that everyone goes to with questions, even though he doesn’t work there”. If you’ve ever worked out at a gym for any amount of time, you know the type I’m talking about… The only problem with this is I don’t work out in a commercial gym, I work out in a garage…

This page is a way to pass on the knowledge I’ve gained while training and also take you through what its like to train while turning 40 and beyond. Strength is earned from hard work and consistency, this doesn’t change because of your age or experience. In time, I’ll prove that to everyone who is reading.
